For learners
Your writing, your name, your say
If you’re a learner and you’d like to write for the journal, here’s what happens.

The Keybaki Journal is for you as much as for your teachers and parents. If something happened at school that you think other learners should hear about, you can write about it.
It’s your piece. Write it the way you’d tell a friend. You can write by hand and send a photo of the pages. Don’t worry about spelling; we’ll help with that.
Your parent or guardian says yes too. Because you’re under 18, we need their written permission before we publish anything you write. We’ll send them a short form.
You choose your name. You and your parent or guardian decide how your name appears. It could be your first name and grade, your initials, or a name you make up.
You see it first. We might shorten your piece or fix the spelling, but we won’t change what you say. You’ll see the final version before anyone else does, and if you don’t like it, it doesn’t go in.
Keep others safe too. Please don’t name your classmates or teachers, and don’t send photos of anyone’s face.
